Thank you for shopping with us and supporting our shop! Each item is produced in limited quantities and created with care. Because of this, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Order Processing

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During product drops or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

All Sales Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This applies to all products in our shop including apparel, accessories, and collectible items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@iamdavidmelgar.com.

When emailing, please include:

• Your order number in the subject line
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A photo of the packing slip

Additional images may be requested depending on the claim. We will review your case and assist with a replacement when possible. Replacements are only available if inventory allows.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

Limited Quantities

All items are produced in small batches with no restocks. Inventory for replacements is extremely limited.
