Thank you for shopping with us and supporting our shop! Each item is produced in limited quantities and created with care. Because of this, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Order Processing​

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. During product drops or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our shop are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are produced specifically based on customer demand during the designated ordering window. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock and will begin production after the pre-order period has closed.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided on the product page and may vary due to manufacturing, quality control, or shipping delays. We will provide updates whenever possible throughout the production process.

Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified after the order has been placed. Because each piece is produced based on the number of orders received, all pre-order sales are final.​

All Sales Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This applies to all products in our shop including apparel, accessories, and collectible items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@iamdavidmelgar.com.

When emailing, please include:

• Your order number in the subject line
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A photo of the packing slip

Additional images may be requested depending on the claim. We will review your case and assist with a replacement when possible. Replacements are only available if inventory allows.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

Limited Quantities

All items are produced in small batches with no restocks. Inventory for replacements is extremely limited.
